The plant's rich history dates back to August 1941, when the Sverdlovsk Plastics Plant was established. In 2011-2012 the plant was moved from Ekaterinburg to Aramil and in 2023 it became part of Gotek Group

Gotek-Polipak Aramil is a full-cycle flexible polymer packaging enterprise:

manufacture of various additives/masterbatches,
blown film extrusion,
solvent and solvent-free lamination,
flexographic printing, including HD Flexo,
cutting, including DataMatrix code application,
production of various types of ready-to-use packaging.

Recycling and reuse

The end product portfolio offers a wide range of products, from single-layer materials to multilayer films with high barrier properties, most of which fulfil the modern criteria of a circular economy - they are recyclable.

Specialized printing technology

The company has deployed:

High-tech extrusion lines for the production of a wide range of films, including high-barrier polyethylene films.
Flexographic printing lines to reproduce designs featuring up to 10 colors in wide format and large print pitches.
Film lamination lines enabling production of duplex, triplex and quadriplex (4-layer films) in various lamination modes (Solvent free and Solvent).
"Kampf" German cutting machines.
Large fleet of production lines for wicket-hole bags, 3-seam bags and doypacks, including FFS film tube production line.

Flexibility

We recognize the importance of responding quickly to changing market conditions and ensuring maximum protection of our customers' interests. By creating reserve buffer stocks of raw materials and finished products, we develop effective mechanisms to ensure uninterrupted supply of packaging materials to our customers during seasonal peaks and marketing campaigns.
