Management Company’s divisions are located in two places:

In 2024, taking into account the specialization of the enterprises, two divisions were allocated in the group - Corrugated Division, including five production sites, and Plastics Division, consisting of three enterprises.

The service line of the company is represented by the 4D Lab brand. Each production site has its own local R&D center to optimize current or to develop new packaging solution in the shortest possible time. For customer convenience, the main 4D Lab R&D center is located in the company's Moscow office.
Modern Innovation Centers equipped with unique design and testing laboratory equipment have been created at the sites of JSC «Gotek North-West» and JSC «Gotek-Center». Some testing units have no analogues in Russia since they were developed specifically for the company with the direct participation of the company's engineers.
Services for designing and preproduction, procurement of auxiliary raw materials and supplies, warehouse and transport logistics for the group's enterprises are provided by «Gotek-SSC» LLC (Service Supplying Center) located in Zheleznogorsk, Kursk Region.
