The history of the plant dates back to 1994 with the establishment of JSC "Slavnika" in Pereslavl-Zalessky - producing flexible polymer packaging

Initially, the company was located on the territory of the JSC "Company Slavich" photopolymer film production plant but in 2008 moved to its current location due to the need for production expansion in response to the increase in demand and production volumes. The Pereslavl-Zalessky plant was the first in Russia to master the production of mayonnaise doypacks with one of its customers.

Today Gotek-Polipak Pereslavl is a flexible polymer packaging enterprise with the following production capabilities:

rotogravure printing,
flexographic printing, including HD Flexo,
solvent and solvent-free lamination, cold glue application,
cutting with laser perforation,
application of unique codes for promotional campaigns during printing and lamination,
production of various types of ready-to-use packaging, including multilayer dispenser bags.

The company has established its own department for research and development of packaging materials (R&D) and a design studio. Integration of the enterprise into Gotek Group creates additional opportunities to enhance the selling power of packaging solutions through the synergy of competencies and expertise in the field of packaging design.

Recycling and reuse

Currently, one of our priorities is to move from standard barrier structures (using foil or metallized polyester), which are not recyclable and must be disposed of in landfills, to fully recyclable materials.

Specialized printing technology

The company's equipment park includes rotogravure and flexographic printing machines, offering wide range of capabilities for applying high-quality printed impressions, frontal varnish application, as well as up to 3 colors reverse printing and coating including frontal combination.

Large range of functional mono- and multilayer films

Depending on customer needs, we are ready to offer both single-layer (mono) films and multilayer (up to 4 layers) barrier films, in rolls and in the form of ready-to-use packaging of various configurations, including dispensers. In addition, the company offers application of unique promo code, laser perforation and cold glue.

Our wide range of production facilities enables us to select the optimum packaging solutions, based not only on the nature of the product, but also on the specifics of production and logistics chain, distribution and product sales, and end user requirements.
