Our specialists will not only select or develop a design suitable for you, but also verify whether its functionality corresponds to the particularities of each stage of the life cycle of your packaging. The technological support team will help you to integrate it into the packing process and, if necessary, give you recommendations on configuring the packaging machines.
We actively use teamwork techniques in cooperation with specialists of the customer company, which are based on special methods and technical solutions, and implement online tools to speed up the development and introduction of packaging. Turnkey packaging design: packaging life cycle research, functional analysis, working sessions with your employees, including online sessions, optimization of the packing process, testing and implementation of the designed solution.
Offset printing
High quality printing up to the size of 1420*1020 mm, CMYK + additional palette (Pantone) up to 6 colors + water-dispersion varnish in one run.
Continuous and spot UV varnishing
Using the LO/LM (low odor/low migration) materials for food packaging.
Laminated cardboard packaging
B, D, E, F flutes, size of sheet up to 1630*1600 mm, double-wall corrugated board, slim-laminating of two coated cardboards, 4-ply micro corrugated cardboard with face and back printing.
Gluing of complex designs, including three-dimensional packaging
Gluing (up to 6 points) of complex designs, monoblocks with blank dimensions of 1450*1000, three-dimensional packaging with blank dimensions of 940*500, envelopes gluing, applying individual promo codes.
Window film gluing
Up to 560 mm in the windows of the cardboard and micro corrugated cardboard packages.
