Moscow State University of Food Production: cooperation with an eye toward the future
The cooperation of Gotek Group with Moscow State University of Food Production (MGUPP) began 3 years ago. And one of its main goals is the joint training of specialists in the field of packaging-related processes. The completed academic year was eventful not only for students, but also for the company's employees, who took part in the direct training of students in the area of "Graphic arts technology and packaging production technology".

Specialists of Gotek Group from various functional areas conducted 12 lectures in total, introducing future specialists to practical methods of using the functional analysis method, prepress preparation, manufacturing processes of die-cutting tools, printed and photopolymer forms. In addition, topics on offset printing technologies, backing, flat die-cutting and folding processes were highlighted. And such knowledge-sharing work is an important part of the training of qualified subject matter experts for the packaging industry.

Vladimir Chuykov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gotek Group, who headed the commission for senior thesis defense of the University, noted that this year the number of graduates who successfully completed their studies amounted to 18 people, which is higher than in previous years.
This means that there is an increasing interest in the specialized professions of the packaging industry. By participating in the training of such specialists, Gotek Group lays the foundations of technological literacy and understanding of practical techniques in the design and production of packaging.
In the future, when they come to work, including in packaging consumer companies, graduates with such training will already have the basics of professional interaction between supplier and consumer specialists, which will allow them to build a more profitable productive cooperation.
