The annual conference on social partnership was held in Gotek Group

Last Friday, the 7th Annual conference "Social Partnership" was held online in the Gotek group. The event was attended by representatives of the administration, employees and trade union organizations from all production sites of the Group. During the meeting the results of the main areas of social partnership for 2021 and 10 months of 2022 were summed up.

We can’t help but notice that in the Group of enterprises, work with personnel is improving from year to year, the composition of social benefits is increasing, and the budget of events is growing. There has been a significant increase in the level of wages. For the current year, the average salary of employees of Gotek Group increased by 18%. In addition, since the beginning of 2022, the set of social benefits and guarantees has been expanded, such as benefit plan for workers of key professions; payments to employees with many children, employees with disabilities and those with disabled children; benefits for employees on parental leave under 3 years. 

Another priority focus area to which the company pays considerable attention is improving the working conditions of employees, creating comfortable workplaces for work and recreation. In the current year, the costs of improving workplace lighting and insulation of industrial premises have increased significantly. A lot of work has been done to improve sanitary conditions for employees: refreshment rooms and bathrooms have been repaired and equipped, a large-scale project to modernize air conditioning systems has almost been completed. 

Throughout its existence, the "Social Partnership" conference has become an integral part of the company's life, allowing to build an open dialogue between all participants in the labor process and ensuring coordination of the interests of employees and employers on the regulation of labor relations.
