The Gotek Group intends to acquire three packaging production plants in Russia from Mondi
Management company of the Gotek Group confirms the conclusion of agreement with Mondi on the acquisition of part of its Russian assets - three packaging production plants. The purchase price will be 1.6 billion rubles. The acquisition perimeter includes: the corrugated cardboard packaging production plant (Lebedyan, Lipetsk region) and two flexible packaging production plants (Pereslavl-Zalessky, Yaroslavl region and Aramil, Sverdlovsk region), which produce a wide range of packaging solutions for the Russian market. The acquisition needs to be approved by the Federal Antimonopoly Service and the Government Commission of the Russian Federation for the Control of Foreign Investments and is scheduled for completion in the first half of 2023.
