"Gotek-Center" company has put into production run a new flat die-cutting press

The "Gotek-Center" company has put into production run a new flat die-cutting press ASAHI AR-165 EII, Japan. ASAHI АР-165 EII has an enlarged format up to 1200 х 1650 mm and equipped with a patented LAP FEEDER feed section, which allows to increase production variability.

Likewise, in addition to the press, a high-performance breaker with a rotary table manufactured by ASAHI Nantai was installed, which allows simultaneous breaking of the workpiece in two directions along the X-axis and along the Y-axis into 4 packs at once.

The new equipment will allow the company to increase its capacity for the production of complex die-cut packaging, including large-sized ones, and as a result, meet the growing needs of customers for efficient corrugated packaging with balanced functionality.
