The Gotek Group bought three packaging companies in Russia from Mondi

The Gotek Group announces the completion of a deal with Mondi plc - a global leader in the production of sustainable packaging, for the acquisition of three production assets located in Russia. The perimeter of the transaction included: a factory for the production of corrugated cardboard packaging (Lebedyan, Lipetsk region) and two plants for the production of flexible packaging (Pereslavl-Zalessky, Yaroslavl region and Aramil, Sverdlovsk region), which produce a wide range of packaging solutions for the Russian market. For the purposes of the transaction, Gotek received all the necessary approvals from the FAS and the Government Commission of the Russian Federation for the Control of Foreign Investments.
