Enterprise Group Gotek took part in the "Best Mentoring Practices" competition.

The competition is an event of the federal and regional projects "System-related measures to increase labor productivity" and the national project "Labor productivity and employment support".

As part of the competition, the practical experience of mentoring is identified and disseminated. The project is designed to popularize organizational solutions to increase labor productivity, to help in creating effective conditions for unlocking the potential of enterprises’ employees.

The competition is held in two stages. At the first stage, one of the enterprises of the group - JSC "Gotek", was recognized as the winner of the regional stage of the competition "Best Mentoring Practices" in 2023 in the nomination "Breakthrough Technologies for Increasing Labor Productivity". The All-Russian stage of the "Best Mentoring Practices" competition is in the nearest future for JSC "Gotek".
