Gotek's mentoring practice is recognized as the best
JSC Gotek has become the winner of the regional stage of the "Best Mentoring Practices" competition in the category "Breakthrough technologies for increasing labor productivity." The award was given for the practice "Increasing productivity at SPO 1 and SPO 2 through implementation of the TWI on-the-job training system."
The TWI (Training within industry) methodology is a system for training production personnel on the job without interrupting work. The Gotek Company has been implementing it since March 2022.
It should be noted that the competition is held within the framework of the National project "Labor Productivity". The Governor of Kursk region, Roman Starovoit, took part in the awarding ceremony.
