A new collective agreement has been signed
A ceremonial signing of collective agreements between the united trade union organization of the Enterprise Group “Gotek” which was represented by the chairman of the trade union committee Tatyana Shuteeva and the Management Company of the Enterprise Group “Gotek”, JSC “Gotek”, JSC “Gotek-Polipak”, LLC “Gotek- SSC", JSC "Gotek-Print" took place today at the Zheleznogorsk site.
It should be noted that “Gotek” group has been famous for its strong trade union traditions for a long time. From the first days of operation of the corrugated packaging and labels plant, there has been an association representing the interests of workers. This became possible thanks to the great attention that the company’s management pays to social support for employees, creating favorable working conditions and an atmosphere of mutual respect and mutual assistance in the group’s teams.
Social partnership is the most important area of activity for the Enterprise Group “Gotek”; the company always fulfills all accepted obligations, including those provided for by collective agreements, in full.
The new collective agreements will be valid for three years.
