Sewing machine operator of JSC "Gotek" Nadezhda Ryabova has been officially awarded

By Russian Federation Presidential Decree of V. Putin dated 15.02.2024 No. 113 "On awarding state awards of the Russian Federation" the sewing machine operator of JSC "Gotek" Nadezhda Ryabova was awarded a second-class medal of the Order of Merit for the Motherland for achieved labor successes and many years of conscientious work.

Nadezhda Aleksandrovna has been working in the company for more than 40 years. She worked as a packer at the corrugated workshop of the Zheleznogorsk Corrugated Packaging and Labels Plant, a folding machine operator, a packer of paper and cardboard products, and a stitching machine operator. N. Ryabova’s team participated in the implementation of various projects to increase labor productivity and introduce improvements and repeatedly became the winner of production competitions, and Nadezhda Aleksandrovna herself became one of the most productive employees.

While leading the team Nadezhda Aleksandrovna pays great attention to compliance with industrial safety and labor protection rules, increasing productivity and ensuring the quality of products.

In 2007 N. Ryabova was awarded a Certificate of Appreciate from the administration of the city of Zheleznogorsk, in 2013 she received a Letter of Acknowledgement from the head of the city of Zheleznogorsk and in 2018 she received the title "Honorary Worker of Industry of the Kursk Region".
