The company "Gotek-Polipak" has launched the first laminator Super Combi 5000 in Russia
Gotek-Polipak has completed the development of the technological complex that will allow to meet the growing needs of our customers for modern packaging solutions. Today the Super Combi 5000 laminator (Nordmeccanica) has been installed, configured and put into commercial operation.
"This is the first new generation machinery in Russia. It is symbolic that in our search for new options for our customers we also select the latest models, expanding our capabilities. The new equipment will allow our customers to receive products of the highest quality, with new finishes and, also important today, in the shortest possible timeline. We have increased our lamination capacity by a third.
The Super Combi will make it possible to apply an additional coat of paint or varnish after lamination and to use solvent-based adhesive systems that provide a better bond between the layers and significantly reduce the polymerization stage.
Complex laminates such as zonal lacquered, cold glued, pasteurized, foil and reverse printed films as well as the ability to apply both solid and zonal lacquering will discover new opportunities for our customers to improve their existing packaging solutions as well as creating new. And customers, some of whose products we could not produce previously due to the lack of technological components, will be able to order new products from us, thereby reducing the cost of finding alternative suppliers and the time to confirm the order and place it in production," - highlighted Alexei Dunat, director of Gotek-Polipak.
