The enterprises of the "Gotek" group have been certified for compliance with the requirements of Halal standards
In February-March, JSC "Gotek-Center", JSC "Gotek" and "Gotek Lebedyan" LLC passed certification audits for compliance with the requirements and standards applied for "Halal products". Based on the results of the inspection no non-compliance with the requirements of the standards was identified at each of the enterprises. The relevant certificates received by the enterprises confirm the ability to produce and supply "Halal packaging" that complies with Islamic principles of food safety.
Certification audits at each enterprise were conducted in two stages. During each stage special attention was paid to the enterprise’s control for the quality and safety of the products manufactured, the compliance of the product composition aimed at review with the raw materials actually used at the enterprise and ensuring traceability at all stages of production.
The audits were carried out by the experts from the International Center for standardization and certification "Halal" (ICSC "Halal") - the only organization in the Russian Federation received authority from the Chairman of the Religious Board of Muslims of the Russian Federation and Russian Council of Muftis to carry out activities for the certification of Halal products and services.
