Enterprise Group "Gotek" develops cooperation with educational institutions

On August 30, a career education class was put into operation at the Municipal Budgetary Educational Institution "Secondary School No. 14" in Zheleznogorsk. For reference: Management Company of the Enterprise Group "Gotek" signed a quadripartite agreement on non-profit cooperation with Zheleznogorsk School No. 14 within the framework of the "Professional Trajectory" project of the Strategy for the Development of Education in Kursk Region for the period up to 2030.

- Participating in the project we created a pre-professional class where we plan to engage in career education activities with the school students, - says Irina Bulgakova, Deputy General Director for Human Resources at JSC "Management Company of the Enterprise Group "Gotek". - Practical and laboratory work, excursions will be held here, schoolchildren will be able to do practical training at our enterprises.

In developing the design project for the study room our designers used elements of the company's brand book - corporate colors and logos. We tried to convey to schoolchildren the company's core values, which are the basis of our corporate culture. We placed a map of Russia indicating the geography of the Gotek Group's presence on one of the walls of the study room. We indicated the professions in demand at the enterprises next to it. There is also a shelf with samples of packaging created by our teams: designers, engineers, process engineers.

"Gotek" group is participating in the creation of a resource center based at school and career guidance center, where the main employers of Zheleznogorsk will be represented. We placed the company's stand in the employers' gallery.

We are confident that such interaction will allow city school graduates to consciously approach the choice of profession, and will help the company to form the interest of the younger generation in the on-fire specialties at the group's enterprises.
