"Gotek-Polypack" received the winner's award of the competition

On October 8th, the winners and award winners of the competition "Russian organization of high social performance" were awarded in Kursk, in the House of Trade Unions. Company "Gotek-Polypack" won in the regional stage of the competition in two nominations at once - "For the development of human resources in organizations of the production sector" and "For the development of social partnership in organizations of the production sector". Diplomas to the best employers of the region, including the director of JSC "Gotek-Polypack" Alexey Panov, were presented by the Deputy Governor of the Kursk Region Andrey Belostotsky and the Chairman of the Federation of Trade Union Organizations of the Kursk Region Alexey Lazarev. It should be noted that in order to win the competition, the enterprise had to meet strict criteria. In the nomination "For the development of human resources in organizations of the production sector", the event planners assessed the following: how transparent and understandable is company's system of employees' remuneration, how are implemented programs for the formation of human potential, how is structured the mentoring and internal training system, whether the enterprise cooperates with universities, including paying for the training of its specialists, how developed is the company's organizational culture. In the nomination "For the development of social partnership in organizations of the production sector", the company's victory in the competition was ensured by the large social program implemented by the company and the persistent efforts of the trade union organization.
