Developing the production system at "Gotek Lebedyan"
Company "Gotek Lebedyan", together with the Regional Competence Center, implemented the project "Process control optimization of complex die-cut cardboard products on the Bobst line" within the national project framework "Labor Productivity".
The project was launched in July. During this period 30 employees working on the line completed training and learned tools for improving operational efficiency, problem-solving methods and optimizing flows and processes. The first results of the project were summarized at the end of October. The duration of the production process on the line was reduced from 556 to 500 minutes, stocks in the flow decreased from 144 thousand square meters to 130 thousand, and output increased by 10%. In the near future, the project will be implemented on the production equipment "Midline". In total, production optimization will be carried out on eight production lines of LLC "Gotek Lebedyan". It should be noted that the enterprises of the "Gotek" group began to join the national project "Labor Productivity" in 2019.
