Irina Bulgakova at a field session about women's role in the pulp and paper industry

HR Deputy Director of the Enterprise Group "Gotek" Irina Bulgakova took part in a field session of the Council of the Eurasian Women's Forum under the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation "Women in the Pulp and Paper Industry". During the session were raised issues of the current state and development trends of the pulp and paper industry, attracting women to the industry and were considered the necessary measures of state support in this segment. The participants of the session were presented with the stages of the project development "Women in the Pulp and Paper Industry" planned for 2025. Project coordinator Irina Galakhova told about the prospects for creating a single personnel platform in 2025 allowing a prompt response to the shortage of personnel at pulp and paper industry enterprises.

The event was held with the participation of heads of pulp and paper industry enterprises, representatives of key departments in the field of legislation and science, and university specialists.
