Management of the Enterprise Group "Gotek" took a strategic decision to join the Union of Mentors and Worker-Teachers of the Central Institute of Labor

The Central Institute of Labor (hereinafter referred to as the "CIL"), a professional association of mentors and production officers created in 2017, with the aim of developing the institute of mentoring and organizational management of production in Russia. The headquarter of the "CIL" is located in Yekaterinburg. The "CIL" is the driving force of the formation of the "Union of Mentors for Improving Labor Productivity" (the Union of Mentors of Russia). The founder and director of the independent noncommercial organization "CIL" is I. Tyufyakov. The General Manager of JSC "Management Company Enterprise Group "Gotek" Konstantin Kurov sent an official letter to the chairman of the Union of Mentors and Workers-Teachers of the "CIL" Igor Tyufyakov with a request to include the company in the Union.

In response, I. Tyufyakov thanked the management of the Enterprise Group "Gotek" for this initiative and noted that participation in the Union would be constructive and efficient for both parties.
