Gotek Group and OBF Group Announce Signing of Memorandum of Understanding

05.08.2025 – Gotek Group of Companies and OBF Group of Companies announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at exploring the possibility of merging assets and establishing a joint venture.

Key aspects of the agreement:

  • The parties will commence a detailed assessment of the parameters of a potential merger, including the structure and terms of the joint venture.
  • Final decisions will be made based on the results of negotiations and comprehensive analysis.
  • The signing of this document confirms the mutual interest of both companies in developing a partnership and exploring new business opportunities.
