Russia's first new generation Hydro A80 printing machine launched
Gotek-Polipak continues to implement a large-scale project to develop a technological complex that will allow to meet the growing needs of customers for modern packaging solutions.

"Today we have completed the second stage of the project: the Russia first 8-color printing machine of new generation Hydro A80 (Allstein) has been installed, configured and put into commercial operation. The unit is equipped with the most advanced set of options, which guarantees the best flex printing quality. We have increased the capacity of the printing shop by a third, making our production efficiency more advantageous and comfortable for our customers.
The new equipment is notable for unique engineering solutions that eliminate most of the perennial problems of flexo printing. This is noted not only by our specialists, but also by the most demanding consumers of packaging materials.

The new printing machine will make it possible to bring the basic service indicators to a new level. First of all, it concerns reduction of order production terms and improvement of finished product quality. Our customers will get accurate and stable reproduction of designs with non-printing areas; high quality printing of low-percentage raster; the highest precision of varnish application used in the design; stable printing quality on large orders; 100% control of the print’s compliance with the reference and maintenance of the residual solvent indicator at the European requirements level. We will be able to implement new options providing additional competitive advantages for our customers.
The formula "not a car but an airplane" could not be better applied to Hydro. And not only in the metaphorical sense, since the equipment is equipped with aircraft-like bearings. Having talked to the leading engineer and, in fact, the ideological founder of the Hydro A80, I came to the conclusion that he truly loves his job. That's the reason why his machine impresses and inspires us to achieve relevant solutions for our customers," says Alexey Dunat, director of Gotek-Polipak.
