Irina Bulgakova took charge of the Management Company of the Enterprise Group "Gotek"

The Board of Directors of the “Management Company of the Enterprise Group "Gotek" JSC elected Irina Bulgakova as CEO. The decision was made unanimously at the meeting on March 30, 2026. She came into office on April,1st. This appointment is a part of the company's transition to a new stage of strategic development which includes transformation of its business culture and management practices.

Irina Bulgakova has been with the Enterprise Group "Gotek" since 1991. During this period, she rose through the ranks from engineering and economic positions to Deputy CEO for Human Resources. Over the years she headed Controlling Department, Business Administration Service, "Gotek-SSC" LLC and Human Resources Department.

Irina Ivanovna possesses a deep understanding of the company's business and processes, extensive management experience and a strong commitment to the development of the Enterprise Group "Gotek". Her appointment will ensure company's continued sustainable development and the continuity of strategic management.

Irina Bulgakova has been recognized with state and corporate awards, including the Certificate of Honor from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, and certificates of honor and gratitude at the regional and municipal level.
