The “Autonomous Maintenance” project continues at the enterprises of the Gotek Group

The Gotek Group continues to implement the “Autonomous Maintenance” project, which was launched in 2019 on the basis of the "Gotek-Center" company, and it is currently being implemented at all manufacturing enterprises. In total, within the framework of the “Autonomous Maintenance” project, Gotek Group provides for 5 steps, the goal each of which is to maximize the involvement of technological personnel in the process of improving the operation of equipment for the production of quality products in the time required by the client.

Last year, internal audits began at all production sites to determine the possibility of passing the equipment, on which the project is being implemented, to the next step of the project.

The first audits of this yeard last week. To date, the project is being implemented on 17 production lines, some of which are already at the 3rd stage of the project.
