Packaging solution of the Gotek North-West company became the winner of the "PART Award 2022"

Gotek North-West packaging solution for crabs became the winner in the nomination "Producer of the year" in the category "Transport packaging". This package with the HQ Flexo seal is designed for a premium product that is being introduced to the Russian market for the first time. This design solution is unique for Russia. The product consists of a bottom and a lid. The lid is made of white triplex cardboard using high-quality four-color flexographic printing. The bottom of the package is a tray with holes, and has a special coating with hydrophobic properties that allow the product to be immersed in water and to shock freeze it directly in the package without compromising the appearance of the product and its consumer properties. All additives and coatings used are water-soluble, it does not impair the recyclability of corrugated cardboard and do not harm the soil when destroyed in the natural environment. All of them also have the necessary quality and safety certificates for food contact.

This is not the first award for this development of Gotek Group – in February, crab packaging became the winner of the "ProdExtraPack-2022" competition in the category "Packaging for food and beverages".

Furthermore, within the framework of the "PART Award" ceremony, the organizers of the exhibition noted the Gotek Group as a partner of the "Raw Materials and other materials" section.
