Gotek Group at the RosUpack 2022: the Exhibition results

Speaking at the expert and analytical session “Packaging Industry in 2022: How Economic and Political Factors Affect Market Development”, President of the National Confederation of Packers (NKPak), Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gotek Group Vladimir Chuikov, who was one of the key speakers of the Forum, quoted Viktor Frankl, a psychologist, who survived the concentration camp that the first ones to break down were those who believed that everything would end soon, they were followed by those who did not believe that it would ever end, and those who survived were those who focused on their actions, with no expectations of what might or might not happen.

We can say, it was this phrase that became the leitmotif not only for Gotek Group, but also for all the participants of the Exhibition. Flexibility and speed of response to new challenges of the time are the priority areas in the activities of all market participants today. Therefore, for this year the slogan of the Gotek Group has become the phrase “You will find answers to the new challenges of the time with us!”, which reflects the main idea of the Company: we offer solutions and approaches to reduce the tension of our customers caused by changes in the market. And the Gotek Group Exhibition stand clearly demonstrated this - five lightboxes presented a visualization of practical approaches and solutions to the main needs of the Company's customers at the present time: increasing the productivity of the packaging process, reducing the packaging development time to bring new products to the market, reducing the costs associated with packaging and working capital, avoiding import dependence.

In addition to Vladimir Chuikov's speech, a plenary session on the topic "Packaging made from paper, cardboard and corrugated cardboard" was held as part of the business program of the Exhibition. Yury Alpeev, Director for Strategic Marketing of the Managing Company of the Gotek Group Companies and Chairman of the Expert Council of NKPak, spoke at the event. He spoke about the state of the Corrugated packaging and Containerboard packaging market in the first half of 2022, and also voiced forecasts for further development.

And on June 9, at the solemn ceremony of awarding the winners of the International PART Award, the development of the Gotek North-West specialists «The packaging for crabs with high-quality flexographic printing» became a winner in the nomination "The Manufacturer of the Year" in the category "Transport packaging".
