Labor Dynasties
The backbone of large family called the Gotek Group is our labor dynasties. We are particularly proud of them, since they are the cornerstone of our company. These are people committed to the company and the common goal, creating a particular working culture, incorporating elements of family traditions, such as devotion, reliability and mutual respect.
What does it mean to be a member of a labor dynasty? It means absorbing the special corporate atmosphere from a very young age. It is hearing so much about people you haven't seen that you begin to feel like you're one and the same with them. It's a responsibility. And the more generations a dynasty includes, the bigger it is - you don't just need to be consistent with your family name, but you need to carve out a niche and succeed there, thereby creating stories also to be told about you.
Every year the company honors the most outstanding labor families. This is one of the traditions reflecting the company's appreciation and pride in its employees, the hands that are writing its history.
