The club of people with proactive attitudes is an informal community within the Gotek Group. It unites employees from almost every enterprise of the company, people of different professions and status. There are no membership cards, no entry or exit procedure. This is a team of active and passionate people. People who will always find the time, people with own opinions, people unafraid to show initiative, since they are always ready for new accomplishments. This is a small but close-knit family. This is both a motivation and responsibility at the same time. Cultural and recreational activities are always combined with social work. This helps to identify the leaders, develop team spirit and create a feeling of fellowship, which is invaluable help in resolving production issues.
