Professional competitions
To improve efficiency, Gotek Group relies on the labor initiative of its employees and their ability to work in a coordinated team. That is the reason for the focus on conducting professional competitions and contests, where the Group has gained extensive experience going back over half a century of its history. Today, the best corporate traditions in this area are still being kept alive.
There are over a dozen types of labor competition in the company. These are the contests “Best Production Enterprise”, “Best Sales Department”, “Best Sales Manager”, “Most Effective Employee”. The competition is organized between the employees of production, warehouse and transport logistics departments, technical departments, quality control and MRO departments, and representatives of certain workers jobs.
The competition is still based on mutual assistance and teamwork. Its basic principles are retained, including the large-scale involvement, transparency, comparability of results, and the possibility of scaling best practices.
