Not a dozen family labor dynasties, having devoted many years of their careers to the company, faithfully continue working at Gotek enterprises. Therefore, supporting families, motherhood and childhood and bolstering traditional family values are essential components of our corporate culture.
As part of its social policy, Gotek Group finances, organizes and holds family and children's summer vacations, various children's sporting, recreational and creative events. Annually, at the New Year's meeting devoted to taking stock of the results of company's production and economic activities, the management presents flowers and memorable gifts to new Gotek families, as well as to families with recent newborn children.
